willy was born as a cubone in the kanto region
near lavender town in 1997
one day his mother tried to protect him from an evil man named Giovanni
who was the commander of team rocket, they then caught her and willy
and willy had to watch his mom die painfully by arsenic injection
and team rocket used the chemical hydrohumaniazine
which turned willy into a human and everyday since that he's grieved his mothers
death yet met a friend name t.k. and during the year 2007 he changed back into a cubone
and his buddy t.k turned into a female cyndaquil named terra so after that
they both created a rescue team which is still in operation today!!!
then he started a revolution against humans and a year later they were victorious
after that willy and his girl terra became legends
